Each SparkUp begins with brief introductions, followed by a kick-off question where everyone shares their initial position and what they're curious about. Then: a deep, free-flowing Socratic dialogue — facilitated to keep it productive, but driven by you and the other participants. Toward the end, the facilitator summarizes key themes and gives everyone a final chance to share how their thinking has evolved.
